Very good chapter. I have a lot of unanswered questions, but I am assuming that they will be answered in the upcoming chapters. I am assuming that its Traci who's dead, but not real sure a lil confused. Also hate the part about Sam knowing how Jo is a good kisser, ugh! lol that's just me! Wondering what caused the break up and why Frank didn't fight for their relationship. Can't wait to read more I'm intrigued.

Very interesting premise. I was getting a little lost, but enjoyed it regardless. Frank should have fought more for Sam and Andy. They have this connection that can't be denied. But the good kisser part re: Jo kind of threw me. I Can never forget that face Sam gave her when he found out Luke cheated with Jo on Andy. It was an if looks could kill kind of stare. I saw the clip on YouTube and was blown away by the intensity behind it.

So in your story, did Jo and Sam talk about it? Will Jo know the pain of knowing that two men she had in her life both wanted McNally more?

OK, so many interesting things in these first two chapters already. I'm really wondering what the heck McNally did to end everything? She picked the job over Sam or something?

The case is really interesting. At first I thought for sure Brennan got out of prison somehow and was taking his revenge, but now I'm not so sure. So great writing there not tipping your hand too soon. And of course I'm dying to know about the death. I guess it was Traci that Dov found?

The thought of Sam hooking up with Jo is kinda more nauseating than the gory crime scenes. But I guess the guy has to get some action somewhere, and given that his heart probably wasn't in it, convenient makes sense. Anyway, I hope you keep the updates coming regularly because you've laid out a lot of interesting crumbs as to where this might lead.

Great story so far!

Where to start, OMG - first thoughts - gruesome, chilling, unsettling, edge of seat reading, gripping, left me drained and saddened a wee bit – how you went on to describe the murder scenes and the victims in detail was outstanding even though it did leave me feeling a bit sickened after reading – signs of a good murder mystery to me!

Its peculiar how a few carefully strung words together can make one feel disgruntled or out of sorts – of course I’m referring to Sam’s thoughts on Jo being ‘easy on the eye and a good kisser’ – but as you have author privileges, we will have to grin and bear it for now.

As you haven’t let on who the bereaved was at the funeral – the obvious choices are Gail or Tracy – my first instinct is telling me Gail rather than Tracy - there’s only been the briefest mention of their names in this chapter…

…and the wedding was for Noelle and Frank. Tracy and Jerry would have been my second choice.

Flashing back through 5 years is a good idea as you’re trying to cover a lot of the plot / story in a few paragraphs - however I did have to scroll up a couple of times to remind myself at what point in the story I should be at, so perhaps as an aid to us readers, a short description or event name just before the date may help? Only a suggestion.

The very first timeline we were made aware of, June 20, 2016 counting back to June 7, 2016 - 13 days – from when the murders took place to their inferred steamy scene in the prologue!

I am seriously loving this story! It's so different than anything I have ever read! The flashback sequences are amazing and they are making me have like 100 questions! Can't wait for the next chapter where hopefully some of them get answered! (:

Love the direction that this is going! I wonder if we'll see an edgier Andy, since she's lost the two most important people in her life...even more of a risk-taker, our girl? She doesn't have much else to lose, does she? Can't wait to see how Ollie will be in the middle. Good job! As long as Sam and Andy are together in the end, we can snuggle up, get comfortable and enjoy the ride, right? Thanks for giving us something to enjoy.
