Guest 1/26/13 . chapter 5 Please update, it's been a while |
Eyghon 7/24/12 . chapter 5Hi, whatever happened to this story? I've been thinking for a few days, "hey, it's been a while since I read a chapter of that great JJ-Reid (in a friends way) story, I'll go have a look, and hey, it was updated in April and now we're getting nearer to August. Any news, Yellow? Looking forward to more soon, hopefully. |
Damhill 4/24/12 . chapter 5Nice chapter :) Please update soon, |
Criminalmindsbabe43 4/9/12 . chapter 4 Please update! You are keeping it totally realistic by JJ acting like this way e.g not eating/sleeping. It would be a bit strange if she went back to normal straight away. Keep up the good work and again - UPDATE! |
redvines17 4/8/12 . chapter 4Aw, poor JJ! :( I love this story, though... I'm super jealous of your writing talent! I can't wait for the next chapter! |
Damhill 4/4/12 . chapter 4I'm not quite sure of how I feel towards this story. I like the concept, I like how detailed and slowly you write it, but then I don't like that you jump some bits and leave holes in the middle, and I don't like when your comparisons and descriptions are too long either. I think I'm missing some more dynamics onto it. Anyway, I guess I'll be following it for now :) |
ficdirectory 4/4/12 . chapter 4I love JJ's stream of consciousness. It's great. And I love how she is so focused on holding together because she's so afraid of losing control. Thanks for another great chapter! |
Claire Randall Fraser 4/3/12 . chapter 4I don't know what you're talking about but this was a great chapter. I tell you from experience that the tone in the counseling session is spot on. Extremely well written. |
Claire Randall Fraser 3/12/12 . chapter 3This is a great story. I've read a few others that spend a lot of time on the actual violence but not many on the aftermath. It's good to be able to read how JJ copes. |
Eyghon 3/6/12 . chapter 3Just discovered this wonderful, deep story. Very well-written and riveting. Looking forward to the next chapter. Stalker? Intriguing. |
Kchan88 3/1/12 . chapter 3I absolutely adored these latest chapters! I think you're really delving into some unknown territory here, with a darker JJ, which I think is completely and utterly fantastic. There aren't all that many stories about JJ experiencing something like this, and I'm thrilled you're writing this story. I too, love Reid and JJ's friendship, and I think you wrote them perfectly. In the show, they show just how close the two are with a simple conversation, or a gesture, and you stick to that here. And the part where JJ was describing Reid's movements in the kitchen? ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Can't wait for the update! |
ficdirectory 3/1/12 . chapter 3So much going on in this chapter. I loved how complicated JJ and Will's dynamic is right now and how threatened she feels. I also love JJ and Reid's dynamic. I love that he cooks and tries to make her comfortable and does such a good job at it. I'm glad she can talk about it, even if she has to be drunk. It's a first step and hopefully she'll get to the point in her recovery where she won't need to numb herself. But right now, everything is so fresh. Thanks for a great read so far! |
ficdirectory 3/1/12 . chapter 2Hey! Hope you're feeling better! I LOVE the poetry you created with the blue theme throughout this chapter. The quote at the beginning really lends to the idea that JJ needs to be loved so badly right now, in the aftermath of all the horror she has endured. I look forward to seeing her journey unfold. |
ficdirectory 3/1/12 . chapter 1Hey! I saw this on the New/Updated stories page - and then I saw it was by you and knew I had to check it out. Wow, this story is so good. While the subject matter IS heavy, I appreciate the journey of going from one place to another with a character, and I appreciate the unflinching reality of a story like this. I LOVED the end of the chapter where JJ thinks about wishing she had something else to focus on, and her relying on her other senses to know who was around her. Very poignant. I'll definitely be keeping up with this one. |
Kchan88 2/14/12 . chapter 1Goodness, you're just giving me so much awesome stuff to review today! What a poignant, heart-wrenching beginning to a story...I absolutely loved it! And I agree...exploring characters and how they deal with/overcome tragedy and pain is fascinating to explore, and I have no doubt that you will do a wonderful job. Can't wait for more! |
