That is a really good way of putting it. I am a total Carby lover but, God he has the worst timing. But give the writers some slack, they had to give him the male look and dumbness. My bf right now did that. We were in the middle of class and he was like hey, i got a cold from you. i felt bad knowing that my then bff would soon get the flu from me. That's what i had. He told me he had always liked me that day, but, it made me feel so freekin bad.

LOL. I like this, a different take on a nice scene. I thinks its very realistic, the thought processes and feelings i imagined Abby really would feel.

i really liked it, and i also don't think it's at all "psycho feminist". ::shrugs::. it's different to any other post-lockdown fic around, which makes it interesting. and i thought it could be in character; it was the slightly twisted-humour that abby has, bits of her cynical and sarcastic sides.

'Kay, WOW. I really like this - original and plausible! "Selfishly, she wanted this for herself, not for any of that." That whole concept just makes SO much sense - of course Abby would feel that way!

I liked this. I did. I'm not sure why. Maybe cause of how it was wanted for so long and then to have such bad timing. Which I thought it was bad timing, but yet at the same time prefect timing. I know. I'm weird. lol.

Hmm, interesting and good. I'd like to see you contine with this, to see where you want the characters to go now, how they deal with after the kiss. I think you have the right idea that, while they both wanted it to happen, it was for the wrong reasons. Anyway, great story.

To be honest, I didn't think I'd enjoy this to much, but I read it out of curiosity. What surprised me was that I enjoyed it a lot. Your view of Abby and Carter was a different one then the ones I'm used to seeing, but I liked it a lot more. What makes this great piece of writing even better, was the fact you didn't dismiss the realtionship outright, rather you gave good support for your view. It's human nature to have bad timing, and this short but kick ass story portrayed that well. I liked your Abby charecterization too. (sorry, im so tired i can't type or spell well right now) So I'll shut up, but I really loved this! PLEASE write more and don't beccome cliched like almost every other fic writer out there!

I haven't seen this episode and probably won't for some time as I can't afford anything so technological as digital or satellite, but I liked the story anyhow. It helps to fill in a few blanks.
