Hmm, that was certianly a sad ending. The story was written very well and I could certainly feel the pain Quote was feeling. Man, I'd sure hate to be in his position. The story was very good and the ending was good too. I just don't like sad endings, but that's just me.

Oh my goodness...

Sheer perfection. It perfectly captures Quote's feelings of defeat after he fails to save Curly, and the way he decided to give up. A lot like me, the first time I played Cave Story, without knowing not to get the booster in trade for the tow rope. Excellent, yet haunting at the same time... poor Quote... poor Curly...
