"She lifted her arms to the sun, either in reverence or kinship" - oh, brilliant, brilliant. That line especially jumped out at me, but I loved it all. Delicious writing - I am amazed.

Brilliant. Your writing has an exquisite opalescence that refracts emotions and images as ethereal tingles on that soft, tickly place in the back of my mouth. I breath it out of my nose in a soft intimate sigh at the ending of such a beautiful dream.

Heh heh. I see what you mean about taking strange pairings and writing them plausibly. If they actually got together it would be much harder to make work, but as a fantasy it works very nicely. The writing style is dreamy and suits the content. And damn, do these things happen *every* time an elf girl dances outside?
