This story really is a great idea and is something different. I could almost imagine something like this existing in the world of the show. Keep it up!

The concept of this is lovely. I can really imagine someone putting up a place where all those people who met the Doctor find others to share their stories. It's just so... logical :D And I love the style you are using for this. Those little snippet-like stories, like someone remembering. Brilliant.
