I think there should be a part when Richard starts drinking until he finds those powers in the meteor. He gets those powers and uses them for evil while drunk. Matt watches the camera footage that Andrew had recorded. He sees the clips when Richard keeps attacking Andrew. Then Matt realizes Richard lied to Andrew and spent all the money on beer. Matt says "It's all my fault. I should've never saved him. I got to confront him. This is for Andrew". He then sense Richard holding Casey hostage on top of a building. Matt tries to save her, but it's too late. Richard kills her. Matt gets angry and starts fighting with Richard. Richard gets injured very badly making Matt win. Richard says "Well... what are you waiting for? Kill me... Kill your Uncle Richard" Matt yells "RICHARD, YOU TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ANDREW. THAT'S WHY HE WANTED YOU DEAD". Matt's mom comes in and tells her not to kill him, instead let the police arrest him. Matt gives up and let the police handle it. Richard gets sentenced to prison for 4 years with no bail. The end show Matt visiting him say "I let you live this time, but if you try to escape or hurt anyone, I will kill you. Andrew was right, your a drunk that refused to help yourself and blame others for what you've done" Before Matt leaves, Richard speaks up and says "Be warned, as long as your still alive, I will find you"
