Hopr this hasn't been completely abandoned, I loved it thus far. Plus you can't NOT tell us the super secret name for the whiskey, and the seemingly possibly embarrassing/erotic story behind it. It's killing me lol :)

I have experience a wide-range of emotion through this story so far. I was laughing almost hysterically when Anders was telling Leandra off...in the buff...the image that came to mind was a thing of beauty. The trip into the fade to bring Hawke back was interesting...Hawke's vivid imagination :) Even the somewhat truce between Anders and Fenris was appreciated. Aveline/Donnics good guard/bad guard routine earned a chuckle and Aveline's suggestions of what Fenris could do to help scare those guys earned her a little more respect.

You do have me quite curious about the interaction between Justice and Death along with the other Fade Spirits...and what about the debt that Anders now has to repay...who did he make that deal with? So many questions!

Fun story for me so far, I hope that you decide/have time to continue this one.

I like the story but I do not like your characterization of Leandra. It doesn't really seem to be connected to the story of the game and in fact seems juvenile like a teenage angry at her mother it doesn't belong in a story like this. You are a good writer though.

First of all, I hate that all the crazy stuff happened to you! Glad the Templars haven't found you, though. XD
But your writing is amazing as always! I /love/ your characterization! Honestly, I've never read a story where Fenris, Aveline, and Isabela were so perfectly in character! And I love the moments of, "Ahh. So the plot thickens..." Which I happened at least twice in this chapter!
I have to wake up insanely early tomorrow, but I happily gave up thirty minutes of precious sleep to read this! :) I await your next chapter with bated breath.

Eeep! Agh, I missed a bunch of chapters to review! Sorry! But I loved them, really! The altercation with the Coterie was intense and the mana drain...ugh, I always imagine that for mages it must feel like getting punched in the stomach and winded. Miserable. Damn Templars...Very, very scary these past few chaps. Have to say, I'm a fan of the demon/magister/other who helped Anders and Maia out of the Fade. Even if he briefly masqueraded as Anders and...hmmmm. XD In any case, it made me laugh. Also, felt terrible for Fenris in this most recent chap...even though he's kind of a derp. Really brilliantly done! :D

Excellent chapter! The way you describe how Fenris feels is awesome. And let me say that you have done a great job at describing him. The character is spot on!

I love this story! You're doing a fantastic job of capturing each person's personality and absolutely nothing feels forced like some other stories tend to struggle with. I love the balance of funny and deadly serious, exploiting the characters' darker traits as well as their more desirable ones! I'm excited for the next chapter!
