Wow, Carlisle was so cruel, I still can't believe he's done that to Edward. I hope Edward manages just fine, but it won't be easy, especially when you get used on certain things in life, losing them ought to be hard. I'm all for love, but I hope this doesn't interfere with his relationship, I mean his bad mood or overthinking the situation...He seems mature enough but he is still a boy, this is just one more lesson in life... He's trying so hard to a good person for his brother, for Isabella that he doesn't even realize how good he is. The scene in the bedroom, the boys talking about their mother? It killed me, especially because I lost my dad when I was little, and you do forget, even though you try not to. I want to hug the both of 'em.

I'm thinking maybe James really did tell her he loves her while she slept.

What kind of person can sit there and essentially tell his children that he never wanted them?! I kind of wish Edward would've hit him, not that that would've solved anything.

This is one of those novels that stand out as extraordinary to me, yet i am shocked that the review count isn't much, much higher. Love the way you are pulling this all together.

Loved this tale so much. All the characters, their paths and struggles and triumphs. The plot was interesting w a good number of twists and slow reveals. Carlisle was CD complicated but I loved what you did w him. Thanks for sharing your talent.
