I love Christmas stories - anytime of the year! I'm looking forward to the next two. And I particularly love the part about the creche - so familiar to my own family's traditions.

Nice ongoing analysis of the family dynamics. I can't help feel very sorry for Bernice who has lost her child and can't reach her grandchildren through her bitterness and sorry. And good contrast between Phoebe and Helen - you give a good portrait of Helen but not a critical one. Nice work!
