I thought this story was fairly decent until i read everything after "In the end, he is different, as well."...then I started really liking it. :)

*cries*

Oh my god. This was incredible, no exaggerations.

"...he swore he hated everything made by the Capitol. But, anything that breaks Katniss, he hates more." So Gale.

And the way you ended it was breathtaking: "When he does see her again, she is not Catnip. She is not the Girl on Fire. She is not the Mockingjay.

He doesn't know what she is anymore."

So. Well. Done. This tore my heart to a million little pieces, but I enjoyed every word of the torture. The last line was killer. Amazing job.
