You have L and Light written well, with Light being more free about his sexuality then he would have been when he was younger. It makes sense that at twenty-four and with a lot of experience with gay sex he would not have the false ideas girls have about "tops" and "bottoms". No real gay man would think he's woman just because he bottoms, it's ridiculous.

Little plot development on the first chapter but I'm sure you'll get around to it. Aside from the expertly written smut, there' promise of murders and intrigue. So far your writing is excellent.
