That was amazing. You gave Dominique real texture as a character. You're an amazing writer - though the one complaint I have is that Midvalley and Wolfwood being gay lovers is way too big a pill for me to swallow. Other than that, it was awesome.

So, realized halfway through leaving individual reviews on each chapter how inefficient that was. So, I'll be combining the rest.

7: Interesting to read about her history, sad to think she could have prevented it if she had been a little older or wiser.
8: She'd've kicked Midvalley's ass had the kid not intervened. XD
9: Wow, very insightful into the manga. Nice, imaging that Legato was there, watching...
12: "I can’t stand them walking around acting like they invented fucking and they’re going to be millionaires just as soon as they can pull themselves away long enough to get to the patent office." Oh, god. I laughed aloud.
13: Heehee. She tricked him xD
17: I looked up all of the songs Midvalley played that I didn't recognize -- they were great choices.
21: Holy cow, awesome chapter. Tasteful explanation of what went on between the two, really nice work.

Overall, please update if you can stand to! ^^

Oh, wow. The relationship between Midvalley and Wolfwood is a hoot, but I like how Midvalley is best friends with Dominique. It adds a kind of dimension to their relationship.

"Tired of blood and the smell of smoke and of lovers with hands like sandpaper, bone hard from the recoils of too many pistol shots."

What a ge-orgeous line.

HOLY COW. Is Legato actually... taking her to Babylon? Sweet!

Hope the schlew of reviews on a chapter-by-chapter basis isn't too annoying. XD!

Oh, looks like Dominique has a big-ass crush on a certain blue-haired telekinetic.

Oh, interesting. The vulnerability but the animal in Dominique makes the relationship between Legato and her interesting, and makes me feel proud of her -- she's so obviously a wild thing on the inside. xD

Really tight first chapter, loving the characterization of Dominique. Interesting, will try to review each chapter as I read them.

You really must finish this for three reasons.
Reason #1: Dominique is my favorite GHG.
Reason #2: It's rare to find any good GHG fanfiction.
Reason #3: This story has exceptional writing and story line.
I cannot wait until you continue this.

Nice. You got a unique writing style that might not make sense at first but then suddenly you go "oh"...well, that's me anyway. ^^ Looking forward again to another chapter.

You update.

There is intrigue.

You have reminded me why I slog through this hellhole, beat off the hordes of Mary Sues, and put up with the exponentially breeding asininity in this fandom.

Thank you.

Another chapter from the master of Legato & Dom excellence! It's really a pity that this story doesn't get more reviews. =/ I'm curious about the Marlowe kid... the portrayl of Dom was "dead" on as always, and I was pleasently surprised that you squuezed in a little Legato at the end. You got a receipe brewing now that makes me beg for another chapter now more than ever. XD

Ja ne,
Bokken of Doom ( once known as... Legato(1) )
