Boy am I glad I took wyolake's suggestion to read this! I absolutely love it so far...curveballs everywhere! :D

Where do I even begin? I was in the mood to read a long completed fic, which is how I narrowed results and stumbled across this, and I'm so glad that I did. I thought about commenting as I went through the chapters but decided to wait until finishing the story mainly because I did not want to stop reading. The plot was fantastic and engaging from start to finish, and I loved all the little twists and mysteries along the way. I loved it whenever Grace discovered a new power, especially the ability to change her appearance-lol at Alistair saying he would never get used to it.

There were so many memorable scenes that stayed with me after finishing the whole thing, but my favorite has to be when Anders and Grace are sharing their grief, such an intense emotional scene. And gosh, daddy Duncan was the best thing ever. Overall though, my mind is kind of blown at the way you took these characters and the lore from DA and turned it all into something truly unique. Anyway, before I end up rambling all over the place, I'll just add that if I could draw in any capacity besides stick-figures, I would create fanart for this. Specifically the part where Grace is standing atop the battlement with her fiery hair and golden eyes as the Archdemon flies overhead.

Also, there is a sequel! When my eyes don't feel like they're going to fall out of my head from staring at the screen so long (worth it, truly amazing and wonderful story), I will start catching up with it. )

Interesting, Anora preformed the ritual in order to conceive. Not that I would put it past her but Poor Al being completely used. I do look forward to seeing how he, and Grace, deals with her.

The story twists are amazing! I am so totally caught up here.

Amazing story, finished it all in one day.. whew. I loved Grace's story and am so glad I got to read it. The twists and turns, the love, everything was perfect. Def a fav, im sure this is a story Ill reread again and again

There's always something sad about the end of a great story, no matter how happy the conclusion. I look forward to future adventures and this fic will be in my favorites to be read over and over and over as I wait.
