OK, now I'm a little confused. The Nancy who survived in the OAV was the Nancy who was Ikkyu's baby mama in the TV series (turns out she was pregnant at the end of the OAV). So is Yomiko going to be a stepmom or an aunt in this one?

wow! this is excellent it was really cute too. I enjoyed seeing the dynamics of Nancy and Yomiko in the movie and this fic seemed to fit the aftermath of what could've happened.

I think that this was great. And the private eye is a perfect bit for Nancy. Nothing else could be better. ::thumbs up:: Awesome is all I can say.

oh that was so swet! T_T aw... i just watched the Read Or Die OVA on adult swim last night, it was awesome. i think imight do a fic myself about how Yomiko feels about Nancy losing her memory. whatcha think? would you read it? . advice would be helpful...,

Not a bad aftermath story, there were a few spelling errors but those few are words that spell check would have missed. The storyline is relatively straight forward despite the little twist in the beginning allowing for the original "Nancy" to live. How ever, that phrase is intrinsicly flawed because the character Ms. Deep is not the original Nancy to start with.

Oh, and one other thing I noticed was that you tried to give the story a somewhat visual sense by talking about camera angles, zooms and such, but these elements tend to remove the reader from the story rather than give them the visual you were aiming for.

I adore this fic. I remember the first time I read it, probably around last October. It sent me into little happy giggles of pure 'shippy delight, and upon reading it again, I find that it still has very much the same effect.

Characterization rings really true, the romance is pulled off nicely, and it's so SWEET! There's just something about Yomiko singing little made-up songs about Nancy that can leave a person with a happy, dopey grin for hours. :o)

The story was nice and sweet; I definitely enjoyed it. That said, I thought the big brother warnings that Nancy received (from Joker and the staff and so on) was a bit overdone. It was done twice in the story, and could have been consolidated into one.
