A wonderful short story! You described things nicely and in great detail, perfectly mimicking the atmosphere of Siren! I also loved the sad twist at the end; it was nicely done and really caught me by surprise.

This was really great! I loved "This wardrobe smells damp. Like a branch in the rain" especially: it's a good way to convey the fuzzy border between inside and outside in FS.

Oh wow, this was great. Especially the twist of the shibito being the narrator's mother. And I think you captured the atmosphere of Siren perfectly in your descriptions.
