Umm... I think there's a plot error. You see, you keep on saying that the cores landed on Earth several decades ago. But I believe in the movie Dr. Elfun had purposefully extracted all positive energy from the star fragment that crashed to Earth, the result being the Blue Core, the negative byproduct being the Red Core. Therefore it would have been impossible that the cores had been around that long, as well as the fictional Black Core... Is this AU?
