Once again, two years olds CANNOT speak that coherently.

He couldn't have confronted Peter in Hogsmeade. Hogsmeade is an entirely magical town, no muggles. And yet Sirius is sent to Azkaban for murdering Peter and twelve muggles.

This is MUCH better. Rowling has a penchant for her otherwise smart and competent characters developing convenient cases of Frakking Stupidity Syndrome when it's convenient for her purposes. Your other version smacked too much of that as well.

It's nice to see characters who are supposed to be really good at what they do being written correctly.

I like this story just as much as I did when reading it the first time-though it took me a bit to realize that I'd read it before. The two most recent chapters are most excellent and I'm definitely looking forward to finding out how Malfoy responds to Harry's retalliation. Thanks loads for another great read, definitely anticipating the next chapter.

I've got to say, I prefer this version to the other.
Amelia seemed to be morally ambivalent in the other. Here, she's the straight-laced no-nonsense woman that is alluded to in cannon.

Awesome story so far. I prefer this version better. I see no way for Amelia to have fallen for Dumbledims manipulations.
