I like the story, it was very exciting and good, the only thing that got to me was Fabian's ending line.

"At least we get a happily ever after."

That line sounds kind of selfish to me,like he doesn't care about Patricia. :/ I'm sure that's not what you were going for, just my opinion. Anyway, like I said, I like the story; there was never a dull moment and there was some mystery. I'm off to read the sequel!
