I got behind in my reading, and let me tell you, about 30 minutes ago I was like, "NO WAY IS JUSTIN GOING TO DIE AT THE END OF ALL THIS!"

So so glad he didn't! But what did they do to keep him from going on the Calling early?

I have enjoyed every single minute. My only regret is that Wren cannot be dragged up from the waves and killed all over again.

Loved the connections you made: Nathaniel and the witchy elf, (you made her likeable!), Faizyl and Leonie (one of my favorties!), Bethany discovering "family" in Solona, Colo and Merrill...I miss Colo still!

ooooooo...I LOVED this chapter! It was full of hope and promise...badly needed after so many grim setbacks!

Wren escapes. I guess...I can live with that,...he DID try to repay his debt. Just enough to make Justin hesitate when they meet next time. Tricky bastard. Wren is such an intricate character. I hate him...but then again, I don't. I WANT to like him, but I just can't get that far. I do see his heart, though.

Ah poor Helena...I really like her as a character, mainly because your writing makes me so sorry for her (you've really done a good job of making her believable...and making me want to write something with a cured Tranquil). I look forward to seeing what happens to her...namely that things might actually get better, since she's really suffered enough!

Glad to see Delance has finally gotten what he deserves...now I seriously hope Wren gets the same (that bastard REALLY needs taking down a peg or two!) Brilliant as always, I look forward to what comes next!

Wren doesn't think that killing Delance will gain him Justin's love and trust again, does it? He's burned his bridges...hasn't he? Can't wait to find out!
