Interesting... it is surprisingly well written in the later chapters. The beginning chapters don't have that many errors, either. I think you should continue this, but work in more details into earlier chapters as well as update them to smooth them out. It's pretty good, other than that.

I like Hinata as much as the next guy, but i am glad to have finally met someone who also realizes how creepy Hinata is and that she stalks him. Most people just say that she watched him and admired hima nd that she was in love. BULL. She is a freaking stalker. Good going with killing Gaara... I cant believe what Naruto did in canon. Gaara tried to kill all his friends, himself and came to destroy konaha and he tries to make him "see light". Thats stupid!

nice and you point out many good things. as for nen i havnt any idea what that is but as you mention foxes it must be a summon or type of guard. do any of the people he got memories from have vamps in their world if so why not vamps with the oldy change to wolves and bats type

i think you could use the dragon ball abilities to use with Emitter, Enhancer, Transmuter and Conjurer.
Enhancer: there speed, strength, and durability.

Emitter tranmuter and conjurer: tri-beam, solar flare, etc..

conjurer: piccolo makes gohans clothes. you could also use naruto characters abilities for this.

transmuter and conjurer: naruto characters, like fire, earth, wind, lightning attacks

i don't know if you could combine them to make dragon ball and naruto attacks
