| Dot 2005-04-25 ch 9, | abuseAw! I really enjoyed this story, it was sweet, but not too sappy- Cordelia's reaction seems realistic, as does Angel's confession that he and Buffy were never friends. I always wished that the Sunnydale crew could have seen Cordy kicking butt, and of course, Cordy and Angel's moira. Which leads me to another of my favorite parts of this story- the brief convo with Fred. Just brilliant, and so in character. ~Amber |

A lot of crossovers only deal with the one particular couple, or hero, if you will, that they are writing about. Yet you have made the effort to try to capture the voices of all the characters on both shows, and I think you have handled it beautifully. I must say that you write Xander bettern then most anyone else I've read. And I also really enjoyed the plot and the slow realizations you've had the characters go through. The part that I like the most - so far - is that you actually have Angel tell Cordy what he feels and she doesn't immediately fall into his arms. These two have been in denial for so long that once they admitted what they felt, it wouldn't seem real. Please keep writing. I am enjoying this fic. |

If there was ever an episode that had Cordy discovering about Angel's feelings amidst dealing with seeing Buffy and Xander after all these years, I would hope that it would be exactly like this story.
