Younger Austria's promise to younger Switzerland about remaining best friends forever... that's pretty much what my best friend said to me when we were little kids. Then dumb high school came and the promise was broken. :(

Everyone has their headcannons. If you don't think that Switzerland always acted the way he does now, then write it that way.
