After starting your other story I had to check this one out - again, not really a fan of extreme AU but I LOVED this story! Fantastic!

Amazing story :) The Characters are believable they are still in line with the originals but with their own little quirks that make them yours. Written really well, overall a brilliant piece of work :D

I was so hesitant to try out this AU. I couldn't imagine enjoying a world without magic for Rumple and Belle but it was magic in its way. A beautiful story with lovely characters that you translated to the setting perfectly. Thank you for all your excellent stories!

Hmmm...I really, really enjoy your other work. And the characterizations that you have for this pair and the people surrounding them are wonderful, but I would have liked to see you give a little attention to the venacular of the day. Using modern language really kept me from falling into this story as I have your other works.

For example, "making love" didn't mean sexual intimacy until the 1950's or 60's, depending on who you ask. It wouldn't have been used in the American Old West.

It's like having Lucius Malfoy say, "Awesome". Just doesn't work and undoes a lot of the wonderful setting work you have done in this story.

this was well-written, the love scenes were nicely done and you kept up the tension really well throughout most of the story. however, for the last few chapters gold got really ooc, to the point where i couldnt ignore it; he became unrecognisable as the character from the show and he just pissed me off in general. it all got a bit twilight, he got VERY edward cullen (whiny and overprotective) and if i was belle i think i would have run out of patience and told him where to go as soon as he reacted like that to the pregnancy.
still... good job overall :)

This was absolutely wonderful!

God, I've like a ton of homework and studying for my SRP (huge study project we're doing) but I just COULDN'T put this story down. Read on it on two days and it would have been less if I hadn't had an assignment for each of these days. This story was sooo cute and if Belle wouldn't have had Gold, I certainly would!
He's just... sigh.
Anyway, keep up the great work and write, write, WRITE! :)

I never get tired of re-reading this fic.
