the atmostphere was a major lifting point for your story. really wonderful.
i kinda had an issue with scias collecting swords/armor but then having no place to live. where exactly would he be storing it all?
i think you got carried away with the kids, and then rushed the end w/ ursula. but maybe it's just because i wanted to see a lot more interaction between the two of them.

overall i felt the story was an unfocused slice of life, and generally i look down on those and avoid them, but i managed to like this piece despite it all. it felt true to the world of BoF4, and it had heart. and it was about characters that i enjoyed (scias) and admired (ursula). so thanks for sharing this on

I like how you kept the characters' personalities so true to form. This was a great aftermath one shot, I liked the look into Scia's thoughts and actions. Wonderful writing!
