This was an interesting look into Pudge's head and it sounds like him, being driven to distraction by the air of mystery surrounding Alaska.

There are a few awkwardly worded turns of phrase and some minor mistakes, but the grammar and sentence structure in this is good, especially if English isn't your native language.
