Haha that was a nice story! It was good to hear the truth. And of course she'd be useful when the little confesseekers need protection from the word. :)

This is a wonderful depiction of Cara's pride in being Mord'Sith, and refusing to be shamed by it, while still acknowledging regrets over her past actions.

Cara's savvy and Mord'Sith training have saved the lives of her companions many times over.

'Our' Cara would be rather horrified by the thought of "school-teacher' Cara, too, I think. It's so alien to how she sees herself.

I also really like that it's Zedd who seems most perceptive to her feelings and reaches out to her.
