Corisande 2003-10-22 ch 6,	abuseI read a lot of post-"Gift" resurrection fics during that summer, but I didn't run across this one till now. A treat! I'm not a Buffy/Giles 'shipper (being very firmly committed to the Giles/me 'ship), but I thought you presented it well. And I really liked your resurrection scenario; it was very clever. Much more interesting than "Bargaining" was. (On a side note, if my Latin hasn't gone completely to hell, a better translation for the spell might be "Tempus reflectatur! Mortuus animatur. Statim!" -- which translates to "Let time be reversed! The corpse is enlivened. Immediately!")

I'm reading it now for the third time and still I can't put it away, I have to go on reading. And I think your characterization of Giles and the rest of the Scoobies is dead on. Queen Boadicea 2002-06-05 ch 6,	abuseDear JK: You've never heard from me but I love your B/G stories! There aren't enough of them in fanfiction.net. I read a previous one entitled "You Can't Go Home Again" and found it a refreshing antidote to all the B/S nastiness that is out there. The number of THOSE stories hasn't diminished even given that awful scene from "Seeing Red." (I'm sure you know which one I mean). I apologize. This is turning into an anti-B/S rant and wasn't intended to be. I wanted to praise this story. It has adventure, drama and true terror--not from facing monsters, which is commonplace in the Buffyverse, but in dealing with everyday problems which is rather rare in fan fiction. I'll be on the lookout for other stories of yours. Thank you once again for this one.

The depth of the story, the characterization, and the writing are superb... Tugged at the heartstrings totally... I laughed, I cried... but it was the little things that made it truly spectacular... The attention to detail was the icing on the already delicious cake! And if you love Giles (and who doesn't - so british... so sexy... rroowwrrr ;) The author captures Giles to a 'T' - I've read a-lot of Giles fic....and it's not as often as I'd like that I come across someone who personifies him so well in writing. So Kudos for that... If you're reading this review and haven't read the story yet - Stop wasting your time on this review...and start reading the story! It's unbelievably fabulous. (And much to my extreme joy - there's two more parts... Check out the author's website... I've got lotsa reading to do.. :)
