This is a sweet story. I love the older Perry/Della stories but you combined the best of both worlds with the memories of the past. Paul's character is hilarious. I can see his father acting similarly in past times.

Wow, oh wow! Anytime you need to write fluff 'n stuff, I'll be there to read it! I had to chuckle when Perry tells Paul to get out, and Paul reminds Della to "mind his age." When I see one of your stories posted, I just can't wait to read it. Keep writing! The more the merrier!

Love your begining of how they started this relationship. Again, glad to see Paul and their relationhip hasn't changed :D

Forty years and things still haven't changed. Paul's timing certainly has not improved, but part of his charm and their relationship.
