it's good. I like the metaphor. It is. truthfully, not very deep though.

OMG! I love the Fault in our Stars it was very moving! I loved the poem im pretty sure that is what it is. Im glad that you didn't write something about hazel moving on with her life and getting hooked with another guy. Thank you for just writing a poem!

I can't write poetry to save my life, but I do love to read it, so I'm glad I came across this.

Each verse kind of feels like a sucker punch. I really like the repetition of "cells create cells which create cells;" it really grabbed my attention and lent itself well to the whole tone of the piece.
