I thought he was going to call her back at that moment. Though I think Peggy is much too good for Pete and I don't get her initial attraction to him, they are forever connected now. Very nice story. What should have been.

This story is CATHARTIC. No better word to describe it. I'm just now watching Mad Men and am so flipping angry that Pete/Peggy have not gone the direction I hoped they would have.

Pete is so human and capable of goodness underneath. This story touches on that so well. I can't begin to describe how grateful I was for this story, thanks for providing an unfulfilled need for what should have happened in this scene. :)

Write more! This site is in dire need of good writing/scenes involving Pete and Peggy! I hope you plan to expand on other scenes. :)
