This makes a LOT more sense than canon's emphasis on bending, and it's less horrible. Granted, Amon probably will still do unspeakably cruel things in the service of it. I find the nationality emphasis more appealing then Amon's use of spiritual mutilation from canon, though!

What a wonderful imagination you have. Each story has a distinct feel of being real, like you've thought of the before and after and in-between of each one, like the story could go on if you so chose. That's a winning point in short stories and one-shots.
