Another great. I can only imagine Seven actually taking part in a traditional Betazoid wedding! But having her marry a Betazoid was a great idea. I figured she'd end up with a Betazoid or a Vulcan - opposite sides of the spectrum yes, but also the only two races that could truly understand her!

I love it! I can just imagine what Kathryn would say when she found out that they were having a very traditional Betaziod wedding!!!

First off, I apologize for the long comments. I believe in constructive criticism.

That was incredibly well-written, a true gem among the over-abundance of sub-par stories on this site. Initially, I was impressed with your effective use of first-person perspective in your storytelling. It's rare enough that an author can use that effectively, but you managed to do so in a manner that not only proceeded smoothly, but which also allowed a revealing view into the minds of your two main characters. Nice job. Then, switching to third person omnipotent allowed a view of the interaction between the two well-defined characters. Also well done.

Grammatically, there was little to complain about. I hate reading stuff that is so poorly written grammatically that I'm distracted from the story's substance by its terrible composition. No such problem here.

Finally, as for the story's substance... it was simple and sweet, focused simply on the personal growth of two characters with an indomitable bond. The maturity of your own point of view added significantly to the story's flavor. This was actually the first time I read anything on FF.net that got me wondering about the author, so I really think you did a great job of bringing something of yourself into your writing.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (and I'm a strict grader), I'd give this a 9.

I liked Seven and the Betazoid. How you made her love him because she likes the comfort of someone else in her mind. Very cool, very deep. I loved your fic!!

The thing with shows supposedly about the future is thtat they're written by people from the present and we can't really help the deep seated stereotypes we grow up with.
