I loved this, Harry/Hermione and Luna/Ron are two of my favorite pairings :D Very nicely done though I prefer Nev/Ginny to Draco/Ginny.

Is it OK I loved this "Seventeen Years Later" even more than the book's? Just because of the Harry/Hermione pairing, though. Anyway, it was really sweet to read, I loved it.

It looks like you cut/pasted your epiloge from the book and then changed the charecter to meet your vision. In doing so you missed a Hermione where Rowling had Ginny given that still what it said in the fic. As seen above.

A really good story! It's sort of strange and surreal, like it was some random dream of Harry's or something, but nonetheless is was a great story. Keep writing! :)

Coming to this story I have 2 complaints which I hope you don't mind me putting forth..

Firstly you made a few mistakes with your names.. I mean in some places is you forgot which character is present and which is not.. I think that's confusion with the cannon epilogue..

Secondly although I would have loved this being the epilogue rather then what rowling gave us the fact that the setting is EXACTLY the same is a small let down for me.. So I'd urge you to write about this with your own ideas.. Which I'm sure would be better than rowlings..

Apart from that I do think you are a good writer.. You seen to possess the necessary grammatical skills at least and I think you should write some more..

All I want to say is please don't mind me removing nooks in your story.. I don't mean to demean or insult.. Hell I don't write at all so I don't have that right anyway.. But as a reader I just wanted to let you know what I would enjoy..

This was really interesting. It was very well-written, with no mistakes that I saw, and was definitely close to the canon epilogue as far as wording goes. I like how, with Harry and Hermione getting together, their children were different. So many fics that have alternate couples just have the children the same - like if Harry and Hermione got together, their children would still be James, Albus, Lily, Rose, and Hugo, which is very unrealistic. Luna is a little more sane than she appears in canon, although since JKR did say she changed after the war, that does make sense. I love your characterizations of the new next-gen, especially Lily, as well. I do have one opinion though - I don't think it was necessary to change all the pairings. I understand changing the ones that directly relate to Harry and Hermione; I can completely understand why you included RonLuna and DracoGinny, since Ron and Ginny would no longer be with Hermione and Harry, respectively. However, I don't totally see why it was necessary to change Remus/Tonks, Bill/Fleur, Charlie/nobody, Percy/Audrey, George/Angelina, and Neville/Hannah. However, that's just my opinion, and your fic still works very well the way it is. I also love the inclusion of TeddyLily, since that's one of my favorite next-generation couples. Overall, wonderful job :)
