You could always make a variation on the title you have, maybe something catchier, (not sure if you've gotten this already), something like "What She Didn't Say" and scrap the "Meant to Be" part of it, making a note in the description that it's a sequel to this one.
By the way, I really love this. It's making my heart happy, and I like it when my heart is happy. So thank you. :)

Now this is just me, but I feel like you should've been more elaborate with the miscarriage. My sister had a miscarriage, and it tore her apart, but the worst part of it was the first stage. And all you said was, She miscarried. The baby died before it was even born. I don't feel like it brings you into the tragedy. It made me think, Oh, that's too bad, instead of Oh my gosh, poor Sam and Danny. It didn't make me gasp or anything.

On another note, the idea was really good, and you did a good job describing Sam's depression and withdrawal from the world. The pro of the shortness of this chapter is that it got right to the point. I' 'll be looking forward to the sequel.

This is what I was waiting for. The revelation of the baby. The name and gender. Then I was surprised to not only get the name and gender, but two names and two genders! It was very exciting and very sweet to be thinking of Danny and Sam being parents of the same children. They sure are going to have a full house! Three boys and two girls? Crazy! I'm anxious to see how they will handle all of the kids!

The sequel is a fantastic idea. I love it when authors get enough ideas to keep writing and writing. I love your style of writing. I'm not sure what it is about it, but it is different. Keep writing, your doing a wonderful job!

P.S. I also absolutely love how you are keeping Danny and Sam and everybody else in character. Like, how they would act at their age. Impressive!
