Besides for the lovely writing, enjoyable pacing, and fantastic characterization, I am so glad that you actually addressed the fact that Steve is not only a Christian, but also comes from a time when homosexuality was not remotely acceptable. People so often neglected that, when, honestly, it would be a big deal, and you wrote it so well. All in all, I applaud your efforts! |

| MissJuly005 7/7/12 . chapter 3 i really like this story because a lot of Stony stories seem to forget that Steve isn't from a time were same sex relationship are even spoken of let alone accepted, and that he's bound to have difficulties (a lot of them) and confusion and self-hate. i really like how you went about that and i wish this story was just a little longer so that you could have stretched that out. |
