Eee! I love it! Such a wonderful take on their characters!

Because of you, I've grown fond of this Sasuke that it rivals my affections for Sai and maybe Minato or Itachi. He's just heartbreakingly honest with his feelings that I can't help but find it endearing, playboy antics or no. He isn't broken like most people I seem to like periodically and it's refreshing. Furthermore, he's happy! I've never seen Sasuke-kun happy. I feel like crying since he's so beautiful and precious. I just want to hold onto the fact he hadn't lost his innocence that it hurts. He's painful to look at because he makes me desperately wish Sasuke-kun didn't lose his family to the machinations of power hungry men.

This Sakura is the epitome of a kunoichi I wanted Sakura-chan to be. I never liked her for being emotional that it renders her useless in a personal battle. Especially when it concerns Sasuke-kun. Kishimoto didn't deign to let her Sasuke-kun see her progress because suddenly she's back to that useless fangirl he left in a bench. In this, she's different. While I certainly don't want her to be as guarded as this Sakura, I just wanted her to be-I don't know, be rational for once? Having a heart is good and all but we all have our priorities.

Despite said mediocrity of their love story, I think theirs is much greater than any dramatic soap opera. Its perfectly imperfect. Why do you think we love it so much?

I'm so so so so happy you're still writing! Especially Naruto fanfics (: I used to be on here a lot back in 07 and I was so excited that you still write! A lot of my favorite people disappeared :/ you've always been amazing on here but there's been a lot of improvement since then. Your stories are always enjoyable to read no matter what the genre. This has to be one of my favs though! When Road to Ninja came out I was just as giddy! Aaaaanyway this has gone on long enough, just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and your writing!

This story is awesome. You covered all these great points and details, like Sakura leaving and Sasuke's infatuation with her. My favorite was when they experienced the genjutsu that was the same thing as in RtN, only the other way around. (I find it oddly gratifying that the Sasuke in your AU is so mortified at the other Sasuke's behavior.) Such circumstances never really crossed my mind, and I think you did a great job portraying the two's reactions.

Awwh! :) Sasuke and Sakura's personality in this universe is interesting. I like it. Especially Sasuke's!

That was very sweet. I was looking for Road-To-Ninja-themed fics and then I stumbled upon your story. I really enjoyed reading this and your portrayal of Sasuke albeit totally in contrast of his character (because that's how he is in the movie), was great. I actually found him adorable. Anyway, hope to read more like this from you. :)
