It's over... No idea what I'm gonna read everyday now! I loved getting an update for a great story so often. So as for the epilogue; Mac and Jo are together, right? I can't actually describe how nice the ending is, Mac is awesome helping them through everything and it is SO Mac-like to take that job and to go see Maggy. I'm gonna miss this story so much! Great writing!

I loved the chase and the comment Don made about them giving Mac new legs, too! That really made me smile. The ending... All I can say is thank God for Jo! I'm glad Mac got him but left him alive - even if only barely!

Decided I'd post a review for all the chapters; even though they're incredibly late! But anyway...

I love Don so much... not as much as Mac but he comes a pretty close second! I wanted to cry at the end bit; so sweet and just a perfect way to end the chapter. Had to cringe at what happened to Mac in the middle but I couldn't stop myself from reading it! I also love how passionate Jo was about it. Great chapter!

Aww, I guess he really is all right, if he can do that! A very rewarding ending to a demanding story. I hope you enjoy your well-deserved summer vacation after this tour-de-force. Hopefully you'll be dreaming up new plots to entertain us when you're back! ;D

Hey, what a nice description of the showdown between Mac and Thatch up on the High Line. It fits very well with the narrative - and with Moira's prediction, of course. Glad there is hope for our heroes up ahead. In case you're still in doubt, I think you set yourself a very ambitious goal and told a GREAT story! Looking forward to finding out about the password - I have NO clue whatsoever, sigh ...

Oh, it was a recording on the phone - and what a terrible recording, too! No wonder everyone was upset to hear it. I'm glad Flack is there to help Mac - I get this feeling he's going to be all right by the end, even though there are only two more chapters to go.

It's pretty late, but I've got some reading to catch up on ...! I guess Mac is still pretty vulnerable, especially since Maggy knows she can get to him through Jo. Mac impressing Ellie with his hand was a really nice touch. As was the very vivid description of Mac's emotional meltdown at the end of the chapter.

For the final time I get to say I LOVE IT! Such a perfect ending to this story :)
I'm so glad you had the courage to post this, it is so different to anything else here. Never be afraid to challenge the reader, you'll be surprised how far they will follow an intriguing and well crafted story even when the going gets tough.
The mixture of truly dark and beautiful moments in the story has made it a pleasure to read. Well done, I can't wait to see what you come up with for you next story.

Im on my break at the hospital and couldn't think f a better way to spend it. That was a fantastic story and I really enjoyed it! Even if it was hard to write, it was so very good and you did it extremely well! I always look forward to more from you!
