Wow. You know, I haven't read a fic like this in a long time. It doesn't deal with relationships, or too much. Just the Slayer meeting a demon. I really liked this a lot. It's a very nice story with spot on characterization. That's one of my favorite folk tales too. Kudos to you, Skyrocket. Kudos!

Good story. I thought you captured the characters well, and I liked the fact that it wasn't one of those 'Buffy wins in the end!' things, but a 'this is how it is; accept it' story. I liked it. :)
