Oh my god I'm so happy to hear from these guys again! This instantly cured me of the Mummy craving I've been having for the last few days.

I was so excited to see how you tweaked this scene with the additional characters and the subtle change in the plot. And, as always, it was phenomenal! I was a little confused as to why Tessa was the one being kidnapped last chapter but this totally made sense. Meela is such a b*tch-how dare she interfere with a relationship that so perfect! God I hate her. It'll be interesting to see how she treats Asa, the spawn of her arch nemeses and a living breathing reminder of what she will never have. Poor kid...

My only criticism/request is that I would like to see more dialogue and reactions between your characters. I understand that you have to write in a lot of stuff from the film so the story makes sense, but I already know what Rick and Evy say to each other, having seen the movie countless times. What I don't know is what Imhotep's thinking when they are about to rescue Tessa or what Tessa is feeling when she sees Imhotep saving her, that stuff is new and what I want to read most. You are such a great writer and I want to hear more of your voice (aka Tessa, Candace, and Imhotep) in the story. I'm trying to compliment you in a weird way so I'm sorry if it's not coming out like that LOL

Holy crap you have no idea how excited I am to see that you've started this sequel! I just watched this movie tonight and was on a mummy buzz when I stumbled onto it and was like 'OMG IT'S HERE, FINALLY!' haha So far so great. I would like to see more Imhotep/Tessa action of course because they are so freaking cute and the addition of Asa is just too perfect. I just don't think there's enough dialogue between them. Then again I don't think I'll ever get enough of them, so I don't know if there's any pleasing me :) I can't wait to see how you change the storyline with all new characters and plot twists. So pumped! Keep up the good work and update soon!
