(Wipes eyes with tissue) This was SO BEAUTIFUL! I love Touji/Hikari fics beacuse they are the best, and even though this was a short one-shot, I really enjoyed reading it. You really should make more chapters to this, beacause although it's deressing to see Touji like this after the 13e Angel, only a few fics like this has this much quality in pairing him with Hikari. Lovely job, this fic has earned a place among my favorites!

I pretty much have one word...wow! Normally I don't really pay attention to Toji/Hikari fics, even though I am a romantic.

However I really like how you had Toji take a different view of his artificial limbs than most others did. Very vivid and well done. I applaud you.

I do see a possiblity for a continuation for this but that is your choice.

As for my fic that you commented on. I realize that it would be hard seeing that it could be Toji. But mostly that fic also reflecs me. I appreciate the critisism. And I see your points. Thanks.

okay, here's the review part: i liked the story, especially the ending. very beautifully done and touching scene. i liked the fact that you focused on people's emotions in this story and stayed true to their characters. a very good story and well written. i wish i could write intimate scenes like that. mine tend to suck. :)

nitpicky stuff: nothing major, just suggestions - take 'em or leave 'em. 1) you repeated "as good as a human" twice, almost right after each other. works only if you're angling for the state of denial or sarcasm slant. i think repetition can be a very useful tool in a story. 2) "five plates and five forks ... knife" - don't have to list items unless you're going for some sort of symbolism or numerology thing or maybe some quirk in the character. maybe if you used something simpler like "grabbed some plates and utensils" ... i dunno. (i played around with numbers in an eva fan-fic that i wrote - used them as a countdown).

anyway, i really liked your story. it's one of the best eva stories that i've read so far. i would really appreciate it if you could review mine, it's called "take care" (it's buried somewhere in the back pages with the old stuff). i like to get feedback to see where i can improve my writing because i'm still learning. thanx.

Alright, maybe my imagination is a little to well-developed, but I think that this story ends at the right moment... Sometimes, it's good to read a nice piece of WAFF, and that's what I see here.

I'm waiting for something better.

Oh, yeah, a more personal note to the author: don't flame reviewers if you don't like the review... It doesn't help your situation even a bit, if not worsens it...

First kudos for doing a Touji/Hikari focused story, and for correcting Third Contact to Third Impact in the end. Now You simply left us there on the floor of Touji's apartment while they both finally let their emotions out. You must follow this up and tell us more!
