This procedure would perhaps have worked better if it were Garrus or Joker. Someone who'd been with him through all the most defining moments of the war, but doesn't quite have the same emotional engagment that Miri does. |

I do have an idea for a future chapter that may or may not be rather interesting: A flashback chapter in which Miranda and the crew either find Shepard dead or learn about his death, and the effect it has on them, with the emphasis of course being on Miranda. Anyway, looking forward to the progression of this story. |
