Ah geez, i thought I'd reviewed for this LONG ago... Sorry!
I loved this a lot - both times reading it. :D I've started to read quite a bit of SPN authors now (mostly from your favorite authors/stories probably) and I still have to say that you're my favorite. I just love the banter you have between the brothers; your portrayal is damn-near perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed all the pranks that Dean pulled on Sam while bored, especially the beer cans on the shower, lol. I kinda want to try that one day... Usually I drink from bottles though... Hm. One day. xD I can definitely picture Dean doing all those things to Sam. It isn't like there hasn't been proof of them pulling pranks on each other before. xD I also liked how Dean just said, "you do this thing." lol. Ah Dean.
Poor Sam, though. It would have extremely sucked to be stuck in that icehouse with the ghost, making it even colder. Even though it was stupid, and I like how he knew it, it's a good thing that Sam shot off his gun to get Dean's attention. Who knows what would have happened then, or even how long it would have taken Dean to find him. Looks like he barely did it in time as it was! It was great that you added in Sam's hearing problem from that. I can't imagine how loud that would be. Eesh.
I'll stop rambling now... Lol. Anyway, amazing job once again! I loved it, and I really can't wait for more stories from you! It's been awhile. :( Hope everything's going well for you! *hug*

As I said before you did a FANTASTIC job of writing Dean and Sam, the mannerisms, come backs, the whole nine, was perfect. Thanks so much, Nicole. :)

Another chapter down and now only one to go. :( Any chance you feel the need to write a new multi chapter story where Sam looses some of his hearing, I've read a story where Sam is not completely deaf but partially and it would be great to read. Or hey, since I'm asking, any chance you'd want to write a blind Sam story. I nice loooooong one. Thanks bunches, Nicole.

Ok so the more I read, the more I think that I've come across this story before but didn't read all of it and didn't review each chapter. I know it's probably not going to work but I hope that Sam's hearing loss is permanent. If I remember from my scanning of the story before it is just temporary but, hey, a girl can dream! Oh and by the way, you have done SUCH a GREAT job at writing dean and Sam's and their speak and personalities. :) Brilliant...

This is a cool story. I like Dean's downstairs brain helping him meet a ghost but he did help her once he realized her problem.

It was good of Sam to call the grandson. Heirs of elderly persons who don't live near them are regularly cheated out of "low value" farm land.
