Kagblueeyes25 5/5/13 . chapter 85Loved the story! Can't wait till the epi. |
Unimaginative Olena 5/2/13 . chapter 85So happy for them :) I see your point, there are bound to be lots and lots of stressful things for both of them, but the story wasn't about how hard it is to be a President's wife, it was about their love and finding their way back to each other. I'm happy with the ending :) Olena |
RoryCullen 4/30/13 . chapter 84The gallery scene was what I hoped for; I understood their reasons to wait until the press conference, but I hoped he would show up even if it was just to announce that he was going to match the money raised by the sale of the paintings and only smile in the direction of Bella, but this was even better. As for Edward telling his mother about how he really met Bella, well I think that was really stinks. Edward had no right telling her without even discussing it with Bella first and getting her agreement. Then to have Esme blind side her with it was just so unfare. I am really surprised at Edward doing that to Bella and I hope she tells him as much. Perhaps he was just trying to warn his mother because he was afraid the truth might get out, but if that were the case he would have told his father and Bella would have told her parents too, but no that didn't happen so I doubt that was the reason. I don't know what the reason could be, but none of them are good enough in my opinion. Esme's reaction to the knowledge that Bella was a highly paid escort was unbelievable, but I guess some people reading probably found it amusing. |
RoryCullen 4/30/13 . chapter 83I love that Edward went to see Charlie and that everything went well. It was not mentioned here, but he probably asked him permission to marry Bella. Yay! I'm glad Charlie told Edward that Bella is not as tough as she let's on and she will need reassurances from Edward... and for him to stand up and deal with people like Chelsea. Sounds like a protective and wise father to me; he sets a good role model for Edward I should think. |
RoryCullen 4/30/13 . chapter 81Really, it is unlikely Heidi will be able to remain at the same school since the new home will likely be some ways away, she will be able to keep her friends, or some of them, car pooling back and forth and Angela and Ben will be close enough, and Charlie will be a 3 hour drive away instead of a 4 hour plane trip so that is good... well it is all good. He didn't ask her to give up her business for him or anything really. Wow! I guess he figures his whole adult life has been in service to his country... to the world in some capacity so now it is time for him and his family. He will still find a way to be busy doing something for his country even from Seattle... just a less busy role. I wonder is the media less likely to be a part of their everyday life in Seattle too. Anyway, this is perfect. Love this story. |
RoryCullen 4/29/13 . chapter 80Boy oh boy that meeting was difficult, I can imagine. I'm so glad they were intimate prior to the meeting with the lawyers because I think making love after all this time and their talk brought them closer together and I don't think there is any doubt in either of their minds that they want to be together and they are closer to working through and putting behind them all the feelings and questions about why they stayed apart. It was quite beautiful their talk in the pool house about Bella giving birth to their daughter. So many emotions tied into that time for both of them now. I think Rosalie and Bella can actually pull off being friends now, because I think they are on their way to becoming just that. I think Alice and Rose and Bella should go out together. |
RoryCullen 4/29/13 . chapter 79I hate the thoughts that we are almost through here. I have really enjoyed how you wrote their story. I get the feeling they are really back together. I am worried though that the paps will see his mother and sister in-law out shopping and find out who Heidi is, before they have figured out how to handle the media. |
RoryCullen 4/29/13 . chapter 78It's sad whenever you think of all the time they could have been together, all the experiences they will never have, but I'm glad they are not wasting any more time and are getting to know each other after the little one sleeps. I also think their new found comfort with each other is movement forward in their relationship and hence the story. |
RoryCullen 4/29/13 . chapter 77You have left us with the impression that the Cullens may take matters into their own hands... or rather into the hands of people who work for them, who they could authorize to use almost any means possible to take care of those people who come forward with the intention of hurting Bella, Heidi and Edward. Oh boy... well I hadn't thought of that, since the Cullens are good people, but I really hope no one hurts Bella or her little girl so just this once I say , what ever it takes. Oh and I'm glad you have written Rose this way... as someone who is not that bad, and may even be accepting of Bella for Edward after-all. Yay. |
RoryCullen 4/29/13 . chapter 76So he was true to his word... he made her feel good, but he did not get himself off in the process. I'm glad he stuck to his promise to himself. Now he doesn't have to worry that she may have got the wrong idea, that he just wanted to get off. I wonder would she have felt that way? Thanks for writing. |
RoryCullen 4/28/13 . chapter 75Sweet. I guess he will have to plan a romantic date night - where he actually takes her somewhere, or he buys her something - in the future sometime, like after they have announced to the world that they are romantically involved. |
RoryCullen 4/28/13 . chapter 74Wow. I loved this chapter. I love that Rose did not give Bella a hard time - like his father did - and I love that Bella is making him work for it. Good girl, that's it. It's time for Edward to show Bella that he knows how to treat a woman like the goddess she is to him. Love that you wrote it this way. Now maybe he can get some pointers from his parents or Emmett if he needs them. Oh and another trip to Tiffany's is definitely in order ( I hope). |
RoryCullen 4/28/13 . chapter 73I got to say I was surprised when I read his declaration that he wants to live under the same roof, that he wants to be a family with Bella and their daughter and that he wants to one day have both of them take his name which would mean marriage. I thought he was going to say this right away when he said he had no intention of her ever getting away from him again, but then he didn't. When Bella shared with him her doubts about maybe they will not work out together - showing her insecurities - I wish he had of squashed them right there and declared his feelings for her rather than agreeing with her. It sounded like they were questioning whether they would work as a couple, whether they could have a real relationship and live in each other's worlds. I was so surprised that they even went there and if I were Bella I would have been so disappointed and heart broken by his acknowledged that they may not work out. I think I would have broken down and cried and or felt like I would be walking on egg shells while he made up his mind about whether he really wanted me or not. I guess they were just being realistic and honest. I'm glad though that at least he did not end their discussion with only their pessimistic concerns being discussed and instead he told her what he really wanted, and he held her as she cried and can't they see how great they are together... no need to fear that they won't work out. Now if only they could be safe from public scrutiny as well. I sure hope they go find Heidi soon as she must be getting worried as to where her mother has gone to. Nest up... scary Rosalie. |
RoryCullen 4/28/13 . chapter 72Edward was like a kid on Christmas day who wanted to open all his presents first, or something the way he wanted to hear Bella shower him with her truth about how much she loves him and has loved him for seven years, before finally telling her that he felt the same. I can just imagine the smug and happy grin pasted all over his face as she unloaded her feelings for him, to him. He must have felt like he died and went to heaven. That was pretty special. You know what I hate though? The fact that this story is coming to an end. Your chapters are very short, it is like there is only one chapter left at this point. Damn. |
RoryCullen 4/28/13 . chapter 71Oh I am so glad you wrote it this way, with Edward realizing that Bella was upset by what she heard Rose talking about, because of course Bella got the wrong idea from that and what she overheard Edward say about ruining the surprise with the picture of him picking up something from Tiffany's. I am so glad that happened, sorry Bella, but now Edward won't wait until later or the next day or whenever and will run off to talk to Bella and explain himself now rather than later and hopefully Bella will be just as open with him and I can't wait. I hope Heidi is o.k. and will allow them some alone time to talk and won't get worried about her mom crying... or at least I think she is probably crying right now. |
