I don't think Harry would just go along with Fury or even stand to be in his presence too long. I think Fury and Snape are too alike in how they talk to others (as in seem to talk down to everyone and feel they're entitled to all their secrets and knowledge) to get along with Harry very well. Plus, Harry's always had a problem with authority. Not to mention, the SoS is one of their oldest laws probably. Severe punishment and all plus reckless endangerment of all magical life. Even if the cat is out of the bag, I doubt Harry would give away too much information to a GOVERNMENT official who has no problem forcing someone to obey them and fight when they don't want to.

I loved that story! 8D It was ADORABLE. I was wondering about the possibility of a sane harry and bruce friendship. 8D this is very very interesting. Here's to hoping for more!
