I loved your story, it's funny and original. Just one little remark: your french sentence means in reality:
"You (plural) have the body of a dog and your IQ will last 5 years". The correct sentence would be:
"Tu as le corps d'un chien et le QI d'un enfant de 5 ans"

I think I love this just a little too much. It was just perfect; perfectly executed and in character. A definite favourite. And I'm certainly looking forward to more!

Great story! One small correction: I beleive you mean annal, not anal. :)

Very impressive. You clearly have a fantastically concrete grasp on the characters, and a vocabulary I cannot even begin to comprehend. Very nicely done. However I think you got a bit too wordy at points, because although Sherlock has the mind of a tri-lingual prodigy, I don't beleive that he speaks quite so formally/complexly generally speaking.
That aside, I loved this! :)
