This chapter was too cute. I liked Belle's quick and easy yes to his marriage plans. He needed that.

You've just upped the bar on sweet cute fluffiness by adding the cat. If it makes an appearance in another chapter, make it a Scottish Fold. You can't get any more adorable than little folded cat ears. I loved how stepping on a Lego barefoot now ranks as slightly worse than amateur heart surgery. There is always at least one that gets missed when putting them away!

Cailyn trying to braid Nick's hair is so cute. Since you mentioned last chapter they've always slept in the same bed, I've now got an image in my head of a wakeful toddler stealthily braiding bits of her tired father's hair while he sleeps.
