wow. that was romantic. this was my first BH yaoi fic to read, and i thuroughly enjoyed it.

This couple is not very belieable to me, but it's daring nontheless. (SH needs more non-Gaterron fics, IMHO. I like that pairing, but it's overdone.) However, your writing style is enjoyable and polished. Despite my disagreement with gay Carrot and straight Marron, this is a well-written fic.

What mixed reviews you're getting! Personally, I like Kuwabara, though I would've paired him with Yuusuke. I'm mostly adding my own opinions to the pile, by no means the ultimate truth, obviously. I kept turning away from this while reading it, starting with the moment I realized the pairing. Not that I disagree with the pairing (I've tried to out several times in different ways in my head...) but because I realized it the moment you said you borrowed Vanilla. Since then, I've been reading this in bits and pieces. It's simply too blunt for me, and I know where it's going, and so it's tortuous somehow. I felt it was OOC and I kept going "No, don't tell me--" and minimizing the window for a few hours until I realized it was still open. As you can guess, this isn't the best way to read a fic. The thing I say most is probably "too short." This piece isn't long enough to develop things subtley and then confirm them in one big rush. This is just the big rush, and so it seems... rushed. And forced. Which I hate to say to someone who had the balls to post this, knowing that some people would dismiss just for the pairing. But there just isn't enough to support something not outright indicated by the manga, you know? You've made the mistake that keeps me from reading Gatteron fanfic! Please don't be discouraged, though.

as much as i like the tira/carrot pairing, i think this was a well written story that suited the characters (especially carrot, who seems to be a bit more than the pervert he's made out to be)

hmm definately different, though I've been wondering how long it might be before a Gatuea/Carrot fic showed up(hey they actually kiss in the manga) and seem to warm up to each other as the manga progresses. I would have like to see the story a bit more in depth, as it was the revealation of who loved who seemed a bit sudden.

Very Out-of-Character, but a brave attempt nonetheless. It probably took guts to post a fic involving a pairing that is so... improbable? (Is that a good word for it? Blah) because many MANY people disagree with it (myself included). Anyhoo, your writing style is good. I liked Carrot's line at the end ^_^
