I agree with you. Ali really wasn't a good girlfriend. She still hung out with Johnny even though the two weren't getting along. Oh well...Daniel deserves better.

Have the reason Ali's parents are sending her away to boarding school is to get her away from Daniel. Then have the reason she stays beacause Johnny convince her parents he is a good guy.

Wow, i love this! I really, really love this! I love Daniels characterization- i believe its perfect! Especially the end part when he decided to do the breathing exercise, total Daniel. Ali was in character too i think. I'd like to imagine their break-up happened similar to this in the original, only it happened at their high school instead of a date but, whatever. I like this.
