And yes, of course Peter is right. Neither is Neal a "normal CI", nor would either El or Peter wish they never even heard of the young con man. After all, the trouble he might cause every now and then aside, they all know what they have in Neal; a trustworthy friend and someone who will never allow for their lives to get boring.
